    • The buyer who orders on this website and in the shop on-line Miniature Minichamps accepts the general terms of sale here below.

 

    • All the prices on the website www.miniatures-minichamps.be and in the shop are inclusive of all taxes and are only valid on the website. It is possible that the prices vary according to the criteria left with the discretion of Miniatures Minichamps. The price of an ordered article remain unchanged.

 

    • All the pictures on the website www.miniatures-minichamps.be belong to their respective authors and are protected by the intellectual property right and royalties.

 

    • On the website www.miniatures-minichamps.be you can buy via a ‘caddie system’. After your purchase, please enter your contact details (address, etc…) and we kindly ask you to do the payment of your order via a secure transaction system (Globecharge). You can make your payment by credit card by paypal. Kindly note that you have the possibility to pay via PAYPAL with your credit card without being registered on Paypal.

 

    • The payment can also be done via bank transfer or the customer has the possibility to directly pick up his order from the shop.

 

    • In case of a preorder you can choose the method of payment "Précommande - Preorder". You will not pay anything. More informations on preorders in the FAQ of the shop.

 

    • If you buy an article without stock level you can choose the method of payment "Paiement sur facture". You will pay when article will be in our stock. More informations on preorders in the FAQ of the shop.

 

    • Every order will be confirmed and validated after receipt of payment. Every order can be modified or cancelled as long as the customer has not clicked on “send”. If within 7 days (15 days for bank transfers) no payment has been received, Miniatures Minichamps has the right to cancel the order.

 

    • Miniatures Minichamps is not responsible for the belated deliveries. The delivery time is mentioned for your perusal and the possible belated deliveries do not give the right to the customer to refuse the merchandise or to ask for damages.

 

 

 

    • In case of deliveries outside of the EU, the customs duties and formalities will be payable by the customer. The customer has to check the possibilities of import of the products with regard to the law in force in the country of delivery.

 

    • The general sales conditions are governed by Belgian Law. Disputes will be settled in court. If one of the general sales conditions should be illegal, invalid or not restrictive, the other conditions will remain valid and restrictive.
