Informations on the delivery of the orders

 

  • Every order will be sent via the services of La Poste. The small articles (less than 3 cm high) will be sent via a PRIOR letter. The articles which are more than 3 cm high will be sent in a parcel.

 

  • Shipments in Belgium are sent with an insurance in the format Taxipost 24H. Delivery under 24 - 48h. Add between 3 and 15 opening days for articles not in our stock.

 

  • Shipments in France, Luxemburg and Netherlands  are sent with an insurance. Delivery under 2-4 days. Add between 3 and 15 opening days for articles not in our stock.

 

  • Shipments outside Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Netherlands are sent at the risk of the customer and Miniatures Minichamps not be held responsible for the loss of package or damage.
    However Insurance is possible by paying an extra cost (contact us).

 

  • Every parcel sent by Miniatures Minichamps is packed in padded envelopes especially produced for the transport or in a box suited to handling. The articles are well protected. If you notice at the delivery that the packaging is damaged, please notify it on the delivery order before signing for receipt.

 

  • The delivery can vary between 24 hours (Belgium), 2 – 4 (countries close to Belgium) and 10 workdays (outside Europe). Add between 3 and 15 opening days for articles not in our stock.

 

  • The follow-up on-line of the parcel post is only possible for national parcel post (in Belgium) and for certain shipments to France, Luxemburg and Netherlands.
    We always communicate the tracking number if there is one.

 

  • The shipping charges are calculated to reduce to the maximum the freight costs. If you buy a few articles, the prices are calculated automatically on the total weight of the order in order to reduce these costs to the maximum. You can check these costs on the pages of each article.
